We support local and sustainable flowers and believe in having an environment to touch and see all that our local farmers have to offer. In conjunction with local and US grown flowers, we believe in the beauty and variety that International blooms have to offer. As with all of life, beauty and inspiration begin with diversity. We also grow our cutting garden to provide an added connection to each of our clients.

where do you get your flowers from?

Yes! Absolutely! There is nothing I like to hear more than a couple that wants to do something a little different. Weddings are incredibly visual events, and if you think about it, they are an elaborate work of art. Use your wedding as an opportunity to create a masterpiece that is you. Be the muse behind the styling for your wedding.

We want to do something unique & creative - can you help us with ideas?

Everyone’s budget for flowers depends on their vision and priorities. Since every event that we create is custom, we build an estimate for each client that reflects their needs, wants, and budget. We will go through everything you will want and need for your big day and develop an estimate during our initial consultation. We strive to achieve your vision while respecting your budget.

I have no idea how much wedding flowers cost. Where should I start?

Every couple is unique, so we design custom proposals specifically for each client instead of offering set package options. We believe the whole process of preparing for your wedding should be a fun, informative, and collaborative experience.

Do you offer packages for weddings?

Not necessarily, but we LOVE planners and can’t recommend them enough. Most of our clients work with a full-service or day-of planner. We believe that they are essential to pulling your vendor team together and ensuring a beautiful, stress-free process and wedding day for the couple. We’ve seen many couples take this on themselves and can attest to the strain and stress that this creates.

Do I need a wedding planner?

You can add to or swap out anything for your wedding order up to 30 days before your event, given that the order has already been placed and time spent to calculate the totals. Still, we can easily substitute for something else or make another piece grander.

What if I need to change my order?

We offer a variety of unique vessels, candlelight, and structures for our clients. We also provide various found accents; We love to use an array of one of a kind found pieces. These pieces all have a story that helps add depth to the one we are building for your event.  Any equipment or vases rented come with the understanding that all items will be returned in the same condition they were loaned. A replacement fee will be charged for any lost or damaged items. If you decide to rent the vases from us, you can still keep the flowers & bouquets at the end of the night. We will just need the vases back.

What Rental Items do you offer?

We always suggest being clear on your color palette and the flowers you are most in love with and also being open to exact varieties. Allowing us to select the most beautiful blooms with the feeling and colors you want will help us achieve the overall look without being stuck on getting the exact variety you think you want. When there are flexibility and freedom, a more full and bountiful design will be achieved.

How do you make sure what's in-season fits
with your aesthetic?

All of our flowers are carefully processed and treated a few days before your event. We then allow them to open fully so that they are at their absolute peak during your event. In short, your wedding flowers are meant to look stunning for their big moment but typically don’t last much longer beyond that.

HOW LONG WILL MY FLOWERS LAST?

As with everything in life, there is so much that goes on behind the scenes to bring floral designs to fruition. Here are a few examples of what leads to the total cost of wedding flowers.

Where does the cost of the flowers come from?

Cost of flowers. We believe in sourcing high-quality blooms, full of life. Our farmers deserve to be paid well for their product as they’re grown with much love and hard work. The cost of sourcing blooms from are wholesalers is surprisingly more than one might think. Contrary to the flowers you see at the grocery store, the price your designers pay for wholesale blooms is typically 2-3x more than you’d pay at your local grocery store. This is because we pay a premium for the freshest and most beautiful flowers and the confidence of having them for our customers. Flowers would be much less expensive if we designed with whatever came down the factory line.

A.

Maintenance. Flowers are an ephemeral product. That’s part of their beauty and attributes to their cost as they require so much to preserve their health and appearance. Costs account for the delivery price, time to process (clean the petals, remove leaves and prepare for the design),
maintain and store them in a refrigerated space to ensure they look amazing on your wedding
day. All of this takes many hours and various resources to complete.

B.

Hardgoods. These are the renewables such as the vase rentals, and other supplies used to store, process, pack, etc.

C.

Softgoods. The non-renewables, such as floral food, floral tape, silk ribbon, etc.

D.

Most importantly, we believe our staff should be paid in the reflection of their hard work and dedication. We believe in valuing our employees and recognize how that directly translates to a superior client experience. Months before your event, our staff prepare by floral and supply sourcing, recipe building, ordering, planning, and meetings in the days leading up flower prep and care, arrangement creation, travel, onsite set-up, to packing up at the end of the event. The day of the event is usually the 4th or 5th straight day that your design team has been working solely on your event and there is at least one day after spent sorting and cleaning up.

E.

Finally, the cost for the design itself - you are purchasing a piece of floral artwork that is a culmination of your vision and our years of experience in floral artistry. We believe that we deserve to be paid because dedication to service and level are artistry we uphold.

F.
